This Malaysian customer is a company specializing in the manufacture and maintenance of industrial high-temperature equipment. It mainly provides technical support and matériau réfractaire supply for local steel mills, aluminum plants, and glass plants. Since the customer needs to provide an efficient insulation solution for a new high-temperature kiln, they are looking for high-quality ceramic fiber boards as lining material in the market.

Product requirements: good high-temperature resistance (≥1260°C), low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal shock resistance.
Application description: The customer clearly stated that the product will be used for high-temperature kiln lining to improve energy efficiency, reduce heat loss, and extend the service life of the kiln.
Quantity requirement: The initial purchase volume is two containers, and the purchase scale may be increased in the future.
To ensure that the customer’s needs are met, we immediately provided detailed product information, test reports, and product samples. After receiving the samples, the customer conducted rigorous high-temperature tests on our ceramic fiberboard.
