SK refractory bricks successfully exported to Mongolia

Rongsheng Refractory Materials Co., Ltd. successfully provided a batch of SK series refractory bricks to a high temperature equipment user in Mongolia with excellent product quality and professional export services, and won high recognition from the customer. The following is a brief review of this cooperation.

Mongolian customer

This customer is from Mongolia and is mainly engaged in the installation and maintenance of metallurgical and industrial kiln equipment. In a project bidding, they urgently needed a batch of standard refractory bricks with high refractory grade, precise size, and high compressive strength to build a medium-sized industrial heating furnace.

The customer learned about our products through the Internet channel and soon contacted us to inquire about the technical parameters and supply capacity of SK30, SK32, and SK34 grade refractory bricks.

Send SK refractory bricks samples to customers

After receiving the customer’s initial inquiry, we promptly arranged to send three grades of SK series refractory brick samples for testing. After receiving the samples, the customer organized laboratory testing, focusing on testing key performance indicators such as the brick’s refractoriness, bulk density, compressive strength, and linear change rate.

The test results fully met the technical standards set by the customer, especially in terms of high-temperature thermal shock resistance, and the customer fully affirmed our products.

We cooperate smoothly

After confirming that the performance of the samples met the requirements, the customer quickly arranged the first batch of orders. Considering the convenience of land transportation in Mongolia, we adopted the method of railway and truck combined transportation, classified the bricks into pallets according to different grades and sizes, and sent them to Ulaanbaatar after stable packaging.

To ensure that the bricks are not damaged during transportation, we use thickened shock-proof pads, wooden pallets and plastic wrapping to reinforce the packaging, ensuring that there are no quality defects when customers receive the products.

Mongolian customers successfully received SK refractory bricks

After receiving the goods, the customer immediately started the project construction. The construction party was very satisfied with the dimensional accuracy and easy masonry of the bricks. A few months later, the customer contacted us again, added a second batch of orders, and expressed the intention of long-term cooperation in the future.

At present, we have established a stable business relationship with this customer. In addition to SK series refractory bricks, the customer is also considering purchasing other products such as high-alumina bricks and castables.
