  1. Product recommendation and technical support
After receiving the customer’s needs, our technical team quickly held a video conference with the customer to learn more about the customer’s equipment operation status and specific needs. According to the customer’s requirements for high-temperature resistance and wear resistance, we recommended two types of refractory spray coating products:
  • High-aluminum refractory spray coating: suitable for high-temperature areas, with a temperature resistance of up to 1600℃ and strong adhesion.
  • Corundum refractory spray coating: better wear resistance, suitable for heavy wear repair in blast furnace areas.

We also provided customers with detailed product performance parameters, applicable working conditions, and construction guidance plans, and through multiple communications, we finally helped customers select high-aluminum-based refractory spray coating as the first batch of purchased products.

  1. Sample testing and customer confirmation
In order to make customers more confident about product quality, we sent 20 kg of spray coating samples to customers for on-site testing. The customer tested the adhesion, wear resistance and high-temperature performance of the spray coating in the laboratory and actual construction, and the results fully met or even exceeded the customer’s expectations. After the test, the customer expressed great satisfaction and immediately placed the first batch of orders with us.

  1. Production and packaging
The customer ordered 10 tons of high-aluminum-based refractory spray coating in the first batch, and we accelerated the production schedule according to customer requirements. During the production process, we strictly control product quality to ensure that all products meet export standards. Considering the tropical climate of Venezuela, we specially adopted double-layer moisture-proof packaging and reinforced it on the outside to prevent packaging damage or moisture during sea transportation.
  2. Logistics optimization and transportation arrangement
The customer is particularly concerned about transportation costs. We compared prices from multiple parties and selected the most cost-effective shipping route, and assisted the customer in completing all export procedures. From confirming the order to the product delivery port, the whole process was efficient and smooth. In the end, the goods were successfully delivered to the port of Venezuela, and the customer highly appreciated our service efficiency.
