Masa za prskanje je vrsta vatrostalnog materijala koji ovisi o pneumatskim alatima za konstrukciju prskanja. Uglavnom se koristi za nove vatrostalne obloge komponenti i popravak oštećenih obloga. Što je vatrostalni premaz sprejom?
Sastav materijala vatrostalnog premaza prskanjem sličan je sastavu vatrostalnih lijevaka iste vrste, osim što je kritična veličina čestica vatrostalnog agregata manja, općenito 3-5 mm. Klasifikacija premaza prskanjem
(1) Teški vatrostalni premaz prskanjem
Nasipna gustoća teškog vatrostalnog premaza raspršivanjem općenito je veća od 1,8 g/cm3. Vatrostalni agregat i prah općenito su izrađeni od aluminijskih silikatnih materijala, s kritičnom veličinom čestica od 5 ili 10 mm. Sastav čestica je: 3~5 mm je otprilike 30%, 1~3 mm je otprilike 30%; manje od 1 mm je otprilike 40%. Vezivo je od aluminatnog cementnog vodenog stakla, itd., plus primjese. Prskanje plamenom

According to the order and amount of water or liquid binder, it can be divided into four methods: mud method, wet method, semi-dry method, and pseudo method. The mud method is to mix the refractory mixture into mud before spraying, which is mainly used for thermal spraying to repair furnace linings; the wet method is to mix the refractory mixture into pumping mud and then spray it; the semi-dry method is to mix the refractory mixture with a small amount of water, wet it evenly, and then send it to the nozzle, and then add the remaining water before spraying; the pseudo-dry method is to mix the refractory mixture through a mixer, add water and send it to the nozzle for spraying. The latter three methods are suitable for spraying furnace construction or spraying furnace linings.
Common types of refractory spraying mass

Silica refractory spray coating: silicate as the main component, adding the appropriate amount of binder and filler.
